Re-enabling accounts that are disabled for suspicious activity

The process we need to use is listed below.  

1. You will need to go to both Azure AD and on-prem AD (DC03, FHUDC01, FHUDC02) and enable the user account and reset the password just as safety measure until we can verify they are actual student
2. Go to Microsoft Entra Admin page and enforce MFA for this user account
3. Click manage settings (right below enforce) on this page as well and check all 3 checkboxes.  Require user to provide contact info, delete all existing app passwords, and restore MFA on all remembered devices
4.  Verify that the individual is actually the student of FHU.  I plan on letting them provide me with the information for Only1 and doing the password reset myself for them.  Just for verification, and instruct them to go to only1 and reset it once we are done
5.  Have them download the microsoft authenticator app.
6.  Have them try to login while we are still on the phone with them.
